• Clients will have a primary mental health diagnosis which requires 24 hour support
  
• Clients will be between the ages of 18 – 65.  Clients over the age of 65 may be accepted if they meet the rest of our criteria
  
• Clients will demonstrate a level of motivation to undertake a rehabilitation programme, where able
  
• Clients will demonstrate a level of engagement within their current setting
  
• Clients should express a wish to develop their independent living further
  
• There is a significant period of time since episodes of self- harm, overdose, aggression or violence
  
• Clients are compliant with medication, either administered or self -medicating
  
• Clients have a reasonable level of self- care and are able to undertake treatments prescribed
  
• Clients will have planned support from their mental health team
  
• We will consider referrals for clients subject to conditional discharge under part 111 of the MHA
  
• Progress do not take emergency admissions
